Payment is required before the first attempt of service is made.  Other arrangements of payment can be made once a business relationship has been established. Established clients may invoice their bills. An invoice that has not been paid within 30 days is subject to penalty. The late fee penalty along with our administrative fee is $20 for every 30 days past due. All Invoices that are not paid in a timely manner may be sent to Collections. If an Invoice is sent to Collections, the maximum late fees will be assessed. 

 

Payments

Cash, checks and all major credit/debit cards are accepted. Cash is accepted only in person. Credit and debit cards can be processed online via the website.  Checks can be given to mailed to:

Address & Attempts

If given multiple addresses; there will be a charge for each address the serve is attempted.  A bad address will be charged at its normal rate.

No refunds will be issued for any reason.  Once service is completed, you will be notified either by email or telephone.

 

By hiring Veteran Investigations & Process Service, LLC as your provider for service of process, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
